Benefits Access Services
Our Benefits Access team is dedicated to providing essential services to our customers. We comprehensively assess customers to identify the benefits and services for which they are eligible. Our offerings include:
- SNAP (Food Stamps): Helping families apply for and renew Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
- Public Assistance/Cash Assistance: Providing support for financial stability
- Health Insurance Programs: Assisting in enrolling in health insurance programs
- Rental Assistance: Including Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE), Disability Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE), and more
- Transportation Assistance: Offering Reduced Fare and Fair Fare Metrocards
We also maintain strong referral partnerships to connect our customers with a wide range of services:
- WIC: Ensuring access to Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) benefits
- Shelter Resources: Assisting with finding safe and stable temporary housing
- Financial Counseling: Providing guidance on financial management
