Customers learn how diet affects their health and how to think about nutrition as they select food at the store. Nutrition workshops, led by a professional, include topics such as:

West Side Campaign Against Hunger knows from experience that we must go beyond providing food. Our mission is to empower people to become self-reliant and to help them find solutions. One of the ways we do this is by offering a chef training program.
