Our 2021 Spring Campaign has ended, but you can still support WSCAH by spreading the word about our work, volunteering, or donating. Thank you to our incredible community for supporting WSCAH’s Spring Surge and ensuring that all New Yorkers can access healthy food. The Spring Campaign raised funds for 3,877 boxes of food through your generosity, providing 139,581 meals to 11,632 people!
Spring Surge
This spring, West Side Campaign Against Hunger is launching a Spring Campaign to support more New Yorkers in need. Our Mobile Market works in partnership with community-based organizations across the city to bring healthy food directly to the most food-insecure neighborhoods of New York. In the past 6 months, WSCAH has worked with nearly 50 community organizations to bring healthy food to New Yorkers in need across all five boroughs. Beginning this April, WSCAH will work with an additional 25 new partner sites across the city to bring more healthy food to more people.
Our goal:
- Delivering 5,000 additional boxes of healthy food to families
- Serving 15,000 more people
- Providing 180,000 more meals
We can’t do this alone. We need you, our incredible community of supporters, who have contributed so much this last year to support us again this spring to ensure that all New Yorkers can access healthy food.
Show Your Support
Help WSCAH meet the need and bring healthy food to families across the city. Each box of healthy food serves a family of 3, providing 12 meals per person, for a total of 36 meals in each box.

WSCAH continues to be a leader in emergency food and strengthen the systems across NYC. Through growing partnerships with other community-based organizations, local elected officials, health centers, hospitals, senior centers and religious organizations, WSCAH’s Mobile Market is playing a vital role in meeting the needs of the pandemic, delivering more food to more people than ever before.
